ABS keychains are the workhorse of promotional keyrings, and the largest single range in our keychain catalogue. ABS is a rigid plastic with a smooth, slightly glossy surface that takes printed branding cleanly, which makes it well suited to logos with fine text, gradients or photographic detail that would be lost on a moulded or embossed finish. It is lighter than metal and considerably cheaper per piece, so it is the usual choice when a campaign needs volume — exhibition handouts, dealer and distributor giveaways, school and college events, product inserts and bulk promotional runs. The trade-off is that ABS reads as a promotional item rather than a premium gift, so for client-facing or executive gifting most businesses move to metal or leather instead.
